The Friends of The Hill Ponies Of Wales - Issue 20 available

Company limited by guarantee ( 07381242)

This newsletter has been produced for the Hill Pony Improvement Societies of Wales and supporters of the breed. A voluntary group of hill breeders have formed a committee which has produced the magazine. Issues will be produced bi-annually, for the foreseeable future.

The aim of the Newsletter is to inform breeders and other interested agencies of our commitment to the registered semi-feral hill ponies. We believe it is vital for these ponies to run on the hills if the breed is to maintain its hardiness, characteristics and type. As well as being a part of the area’s history the ponies play a vital environment role. The ecological balance of the area would completely change without the ponies grazing the harsh landscape.
